I am so excited to bring you this next Nourish workshop!

It is always my absolute honour and privilege to Nourish at Home with such an amazing group of people, including personal training clients, boot camp attendees and their friends and loved ones. And as this will be the last workshop of 2016, it promises to be even more awesome!

Because we gotta have something to look forward to for when summer eventually ends, right?

                

This workshop has been especially designed to optimise your health and wellness throughout Autumn and Winter; regardless of wherever you presently are in life.

Expect a relaxed/informal/playful yet in-depth approach to nourishing your body; keeping your sense of wellness and happiness balanced throughout the Autumn and Winter months, which so many of us can find challenging.

What else to expect (clue: much more than how to cook veggies…) 

We will focus on leading edge ingredients, techniques, food-combos, shortcuts and strategies to create a greater awareness of how to nourish yourself; feeling and looking your healthiest, happiest and absolute best through Autumn and Winter!

I’m SUPER EXCITED to bring you a range of simple, straight-forward and fool-proof recipes (that I’ve been perfecting!) that stock well in your fridge, ensuring the best nourishment options will always be available to you, no matter how busy you are! Many of these will also work perfectly for Christmas, as healthy and delicious alternatives. And yes, I can confirm a couple do involve raw chocolate…

I see this workshop as another perfect opportunity for you to explore and experience the power of nurturing and delicious foods; in warming, beautifying and immune-boosting dishes that nourish the body and soul. As well as sample them them all  😉

My Approach:
We are in the midst of a growing determination to stop following the mainstream (and outdated) food inertia and expand the possibilities of a new way of living, being and eating. Most importantly, to become a positive example of thriving in life for friends, families and the ones we love. 

What I hear from my Nourish participants and personal training clients over and over again, is a desire to take control of their health and lives, and to be a healthy example that inspires the people around them. 

I believe these are some of the reasons why YOU too might be interested in expanding your knowledge and skills, with nourishing foods and what they could do for you. This workshop is designed to do exactly that!

Rather than prescribing to specific dietary systems, together we will explore a more holistic system of understanding and practical tips, which you can apply to your own life in a way that is relevant to you.

I believe individuals who have a continuous desire to learn and grow are naturally the most youthful and full of vitality. Being supported by a group of like-minded individuals inevitably boosts confidence and might be just that extra boost you need to step out of your food comfort zone. The biggest transformations tend to happen when people are having fun so please expect plenty of that too  😀 

You can also expect to learn a lot about the context of well-being, nutrition and more, because once you understand the core principles of your body and environment, you will be empowered to make choices that nurture it; resulting in a healthier, more sustainable and rewarding lifestyle.
