Our super-special interactive Spring nutrition workshop, combining recipe demos, hands on food prep, Q&A and as always raw cake…

Spring has well and truly SPRUNG! The days are getting longer, the evenings less cold, the promise of Summer is lingering on the horizon – so what better way to celebrate this magical time of year than another morning of Nourishing our bodies and souls?!

It has been my absolute honour and privilege to host two wonderful Nourish at Home workshops, with such amazing groups of people – so I hardly need another reason to do it all over again! I really hope you can be a part of this next one, as so far everybody has learned lots of helpful new info and we’ve all had so much fun! 

This next workshop has been created with everyone’s lovely feedback from the last workshop, in mind.  It has been designed to get your body ready for Spring and optimise your health and wellness; regardless of wherever you presently may be in life. 

Much more than how to build a salad… 
I see it as another perfect opportunity for you to explore and experience the power of healthy, nurturing and downright delicious foods; in dishes that nourish the body and soul. As well as eating plenty of them too, of course.

My aim is for us to explore and make food together in my own work-space (ie, kitchen) while providing knowledge, strategies, advice and tips that will get you feeling and looking your healthiest, happiest and absolute best for Spring and into Summer!

This includes:

  • Essential food combinations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for you (and all the family)
  • Addressing the difficulties many of us face transitioning into Spring and what mistakes to avoid 
  • Key ingredients to have in your kitchen for quick healthy meals at any time
  • How to handle and avoid cravings
  • Practical tips to nourish your body and mind
  • How to incorporate nutrient-rich foods into your everyday diet – and start feeling the difference immediately
  • And much much more!

You will leave feeling elated, inspired, empowered and equipped with your new nutritional knowledge and skills to share with your loved ones. And of course you are welcome to bring them!

My Approach
We are in the midst of a growing determination to stop following the mainstream (and outdated) food inertia and expand the possibilities of a new way of living. Most importantly, to become a positive example of thriving in life for friends, families and the ones we love.

What I hear from my personal training clients over and over again is a desire to take control of their health and lives, and to be a healthy example that inspires the people around them.

I believe these are some of the reasons YOU might be interested in expanding your knowledge and skills, with learning about the powers of nourishing food and what it could do for you. This workshop is designed to do exactly that. 

Rather than prescribing to specific dietary systems, together we will explore a more holistic system of understanding and practical tips, which you can apply to your own life in a way that is relevant to you.

I believe individuals who have a continuous desire to learn and grow are naturally the most youthful and full of vitality. And that the biggest transformations tend to happen when people are having fun, so please expect plenty of that too  😀 

You can expect to learn a lot about the context of well-being, nutrition and more, because once you understand the core principles of your body and environment, you will be empowered to make choices that nurture it; resulting in a healthier, more sustainable and rewarding lifestyle.
