Created with YOU in mind, this workshop has been designed to propel you to the next level of health and wellness, regardless of wherever you presently are in life.

Much more than just how to put together a salad… 
I see it as the perfect opportunity for you to explore and experience the power of nurturing, downright delicious and (mostly raw) foods; in dishes that nourish the body and soul. As well as eating plenty of them too.

My aim is for us to explore and make food together in my own work-space (ie, kitchen) while providing knowledge, strategies, advice and tips that will get you feeling and looking your healthiest, happiest and absolute best!

This includes:

  • Essential food combinations for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
  • Addressing the difficulties many of us face and what mistakes to avoid 
  • Key ingredients to have in your kitchen to make quick healthy meals at anytime
  • How to handle cravings
  • Practical tips to nourish your body and mind
  • How to incorporate nutrient-rich foods into your everyday diet – and start feeling the difference immediately
  • And much much more!

You will leave feeling elated, inspired, empowered and equipped with your new nutritional knowledge and skills to share with your loved ones.

My Approach:
We are in the midst of a growing determination to stop following the mainstream (and outdated) food inertia and expand the possibilities of a new way of living. Most importantly, to become a positive example of thriving in life for friends, families and the ones we love.

What I hear from my personal training clients over and over again is a desire to take control of their health and their lives, and be a healthy example that inspires the people around them.

I believe these are some of the reasons why YOU might be interested in expanding your knowledge and skills with nourishing food and what it could do for you. This workshop is designed to do exactly that. 

Rather than prescribing to specific dietary systems, together we will explore a more holistic system of understanding and practical tips, which you can apply to your own life in a way that is relevant to you.

I believe individuals who have a continuous desire to learn and grow are naturally the most youthful and full of vitality. And that the biggest transformations tend to happen when people are having fun, so please expect plenty of that too  😀
