We came, we ate, we saw, we nourished, we ate some more….

What a wonderful morning that was! I am still buzzing from the high of the amazing, positive vibe and wonderful energy I’ve been left with, following Nourishing at Home with such an amazing group of people!

Nourish at Home: Southampton Personal Trainer Gen Preece 
As you know, this nutritional masterclass workshop was created to propel everyone who attended to the next level of health and wellness, regardless of wherever they were in life, from experiencing the power of nurturing delicious foods that nourish body and soul.

And did we succeed? Here’s what a few of the attendees had to say about it:

“I learned today how I don’t have to go without certain things – there is something out there I can replicate, without it being processed and lacking the nutritional benefits. And I can also make something sweet and satisfying! This workshop will enhance what I am eating already, as I tend to find something I like and then eat it too much so I will definitely be more experimental from now on. My favourite part was tasting and loving things that I’ve been too scared to make, for fear of not liking them. And the cake – obviously!!! Thank you Gen!”Shelley

“I’ve always stuck with cooking what I like so found it so good to taste new dishes and foods that I wouldn’t have tried at home ‘just in case’ I didn’t like them! Today was a great re-cap of everything I have been working at over the last twelve months. My favourite part was watching good nutritious food look so simple and quick to put together. It has reinforced that this is right for me and that I am on the right path and will keep going!”Kelly

So…I guess mission was well and truly accomplished! A sincerely huge thank you so very much to everyone who attended! I cannot express how much the lovely feedback, kindness and positivity you awesome lot have given (and continue to give) means to me.

I am honoured, flattered humbled and infinitely grateful for doing what I do every day as a personal trainer, and for getting this opportunity to share everything we covered today with such a wonderful group of people. Southampton ROCKS!

And an extra special thank you to my wonderful husband Damien, the other half of me, my partner in crime whom without none of this would have been possible and I infinitely love with every cell of my being! And for helping me clean and tidy everything up so very beautifully… ☺️
