Following the success of our last Nourish at Home workshop, which involved a whole morning of nourishing awesomeness with such an amazing group of people, I am super excited to bring you Nourish at Home: Winter Warmers Nutrition Masterclass for January 2016!
After taking into consideration every attendee’s lovely feedback and requests for what you’d like to see next, this workshop has been created with exactly this in mind.
Winter can often be a very challenging time of the year when it comes to maintaining health and wellness. Many often find the healthy habits they adopted in the spring and summer may even end up taking a back seat, following the excitement/stress of Christmas.
And is it any wonder when after the hype of the New Year has finished and everyone is back to work/reality, the weather is colder, days are darker and there often feels like there’s nothing to look forward to?!

This Nourish Winter Warmers workshop has been specifically designed to optimise your health and wellness this Winter; regardless of wherever you presently are in life.

I see it as another perfect opportunity for you to explore and experience the power of healthy, nurturing and downright delicious foods; in warming and immune-boosting dishes that nourish the body and soul. As well as eating plenty of them too, of course.

We are in the midst of a growing determination to stop following the mainstream (and outdated) food inertia and expand the possibilities of a new way of living. Most importantly, to become a positive example of thriving in life for friends, families and the ones we love.
What I hear from my personal training clients over and over again is a desire to take control of their health and lives, to be a healthy example that inspires the people around them.

Rather than prescribing to specific dietary systems, together we will explore a more holistic system of understanding and practical tips, which you can apply to your own life in a way that is relevant to you.
I believe individuals who have a continuous desire to learn and grow are naturally the most youthful and full of vitality. And that the biggest transformations tend to happen when people are having fun, so please expect plenty of that too 😀
You can expect to learn a lot about the context of well-being, nutrition and more, because once you understand the core principles of your body and environment, you will be empowered to make choices that nurture it; resulting in a healthier, more sustainable and rewarding lifestyle.
As well as creating and applying some new healthy habits for winter, in order to avoid falling into the cliches so many become every winter, that keep personal trainers busy every January!
