For when you absolutely have to have chocolate , these healthy five minute wonders will be your new go-to fix

Howdy beauts!

Thought I’d share with you today another fast healthy recipe that’s saved the life of many personal trainer clients, those times they’ve absolutely had to have chocolate.

Or at least saved them a trip to the corner shop to grab something sugar-laden that’ll inevitably lead to more cravings and binges as, let’s face it, one fix is never nearly enough.

And after all, that is what processed chocolate bars, biscuits and cakes are designed for!

We’re all human, we all fancy something sweet now and again. It’s not about depriving yourself or trying to be ‘good’ all the time but finding a balance that means your body is getting the nutrients it needs in order to thrive, and for when those times come, adopting a relaxed and flexible approach.

My personal trainer clients and Boot camp attendees have also noticed their cravings, energy dips and low moods all drastically improving, following making just a few simple changes to their nutrition.

So having something like these raw chocolate squares available in the freezer (or the ingredients in your cupboard, ready to be used when needed (did I mention they only take five minutes..?) is one adaptation I’m so happy to have made for myself.

They were a huge hit at one of my previous Nourish Nutrition Workshops, so if you weren’t able to join us at least you’ll now get to share the joy of these!

Substitutions, swaps and recipes like this one are a big part of small consistent changes, so without further ado, lets get to it and I hope you enjoy them as much as we all do!
